ba8300508d - Removed IWshRuntimeLibrary. It is no longer needed for the plugin.

dd65c173a9 Bugfix for #404 
When opening containing folder for `*.lnk` that cannot be resolved to a file name, the folder containing the `.lnk` will be opened.
