* respect allowClear===false in date picker
* remove clear icon from snapshot
reflects actual desired outcome when allowClear is false
* test allowClear undefined and false scenarios
* use nested clearIcon if passed
* vanilla parameters, more robust merge
* no need to check allowClear for truthyness
