2c0b6f3e70 nginx sent gzipped responses to clients those do not support gzip, 
if "gzip_static on" and "gzip_vary off"; the bug had been introduced in r3136

612ecb7674 optimize some cycles: 
*) delete surplus variable;
*) on i386/amd64 "while (n) / n--" is smaller than "while (n--)",
   because the platforms have no postfix operations

e58700d3b0 *) reset cached dirent.d_type after stat() 
this fixes slash after link to a directory in ngx_http_autoindex_module;
*) use cached dirent.d_type as hint on all systems

the issues has been introduced in r2235
