a75362dcdb fix Win32 error message when an temporary file replaces an existent file: 
return at once if ngx_win32_rename_file() was not failed
and do not try to delete already the renamed temporary file

64bfa87e73 fix segfault in resolver:

612ecb7674 optimize some cycles: 
*) delete surplus variable;
*) on i386/amd64 "while (n) / n--" is smaller than "while (n--)",
   because the platforms have no postfix operations
