c60b61a290 Internal md5 and sha1 implementations are now always used. 
This reduces the number of moving parts in ABI compatibility checks.
Additionally, it also allows to use OpenSSL in FIPS mode while still
using md5 for non-security tasks.

       "rewrite" directive; the bug had appeared in 0.1.29.

    *) Feature: the "if" directive supports the captures in regular
       expressions.

       of regular expressions.

    *) Feature: the "X-Accel-Redirect" response header line is supported in
       proxy and FastCGI mode.
