OPENCLAMDBLAS and OPENCLAMDFFT never detected under linux.
lib64/import and lib32/import is the path on Windows but not Linux.
for CLAMDBLAS library we should use CLAMDBLAS_PATH (not CLAMDFFT_PATH)
