Refactored performance tests. TEST_CYCLE macro is renamed to TEST_CYCLE_N; SIMPLE_TEST_CYCLE is renamed to TEST_CYCLE; from now 100 iterations are default for performance tests

Updated bundle adjustment in stitching module: 1) it minimizes reprojection error now, 2) it minimizes error over focal, aspect, p.p.x, p.p.y parameters. Refactored and updated warpers.
