51ed1873de Eliminated unsequenced assignments to temp3 from dpstereo.cpp. 
They're unsequenced if CV_IMIN3 or CV_IMAX3 are invoked more than once
in a single expression.

d9f71b762f Deleted almost all of the precomp.cpp files. 
Looks like we don't actually use them; when creating precompiled headers
with Visual C++, a dummy .cpp is created at build time.
