Roman Donchenko 7973594a01 Removed all slashes after ${OpenCV_INSTALL_BINARIES_PREFIX}. 
If it's followed by a slash and OpenCV_INSTALL_BINARIES_PREFIX is empty,
then the resulting path becomes absolute.
