Andrey Kamaev 96b008cd29 Eliminate the need of ::testsing::ValuesIn() for CV_ENUM
Also cv::, cv::gpu:: and cv::ocl:: namespace prefixes can be safely omitted
inside CV_ENUM and CV_FLAGS
