Replace GenericVector<ParamsTrainingHypothesis> by std::vector<ParamsTrainingHypothesis>

This fixes an LGTM alert:

    This parameter of type ParamsTrainingHypothesis is 136 bytes -
    consider passing a const pointer/reference instead.

It might also improve the performance.
