765832d449 fixes issue 573 where boolean was being compared to float; 
tesseract prints full version info when -v arg;
removes extra includes from tesseractmain.h;
removes extra DLLEXPORT & DLLIMPORT from hosts.h;
remove CCUTIL_IMPORTS & CCUTIL_EXPORTS from vs2008 *.vcproj;
