Stefan Weil 0f973e1d62 Add missing 'static' keyword
This fixes a compiler warning:

globaloc.cpp:33:6: warning: no previous extern declaration for
      non-static variable 'global_crash_pixes'
      [-Wmissing-variable-declarations]
