The main focus of this PR is to update the following ports: folly, fizz, wangle, proxygen, mvfst, and fbthrift. Additionally, rsocket needs to be updated due to its reliance on folly. It is concerning that rsocket has not been updated since 2021, while folly is actively developed and maintained. 3.
