vcpkg/ports/gts/usage

gts can be imported via CMake FindPkgConfig module:

    find_package(PkgConfig REQUIRED)
    pkg_check_modules(GTS gts REQUIRED IMPORTED_TARGET)
    target_link_libraries(main PRIVATE PkgConfig::GTS)
