* add libfins

* fix version sha value

* add keyword `supports`

* fix version error

* fix version data

* add namespae for target

* modify version date

* modify platform. remove arm and add android

* modify version data.

* remove and delete patch "add_cmake_support"

2. do not need and remove "add_cmake_support.patch"
