(Note that _IMAGE_ARM_RUNTIME_FUNCTION_ENTRY, _IMAGE_ARM64_RUNTIME_FUNCTION_ENTRY, and _IMAGE_ALPHA_RUNTIME_FUNCTION_ENTRY do not have this member)
