c258d0947d Revert "[azure] Update azure-iot-sdk-c for 07/2019 LTS refresh (#8686)" (#8731) 
This reverts commit bc11674db1.

The LTS release broke the regular port of azure-iot-sdk-c.
This will be fixed and re-published.
