Configuration of the embedded extra/re2 produces an error on Mac with Clang:
CMake Error at extra/re2/CMakeLists.txt:74 (ADD_COMPILE_FLAGS):
Unknown CMake command "ADD_COMPILE_FLAGS".
cmake/compile_flags.cmake was not included.
