qt5-base[vulkan] feature will introduce --vulkan=yes or --vulkan=no option,
which redundants/confilicts with inherent option -no-vulkan,
which is ambiguous in configure stage.

libxkbcommon-x11-dev currently suggested. Let's instead point users
