Niels Dekker d4fbdf21c4 [itk] Support legacy user code by default (#7241) ... No longer specify `ITK_LEGACY_REMOVE` and `ITK_FUTURE_LEGACY_REMOVE` options for `vcpkg_configure_cmake`.
