Dmitry Frank 23122b327c Remove old docs, rename docs_new to docs 
It would be probably good idea to also remove tools/docgen.py and
asciidoc.mk, but asciidoc.mk is still mentioned under `cloud/doc`, which
may contain some useful info which we'll need at least to review before
removing.

mg_get_http_header() mg_get_http_header func struct mg_str *mg_get_http_header(struct http_message *hm, const char *name);

Search and return header name in parsed HTTP message hm. If header is not found, NULL is returned. Example:

struct mg_str *host_hdr = mg_get_http_header(hm, "Host");
