Compiler message:
tif_unix.c:170:12: error: call to 'mmap' declared with attribute error:
mmap is not available with _FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 when using GCC until android-21.
Either raise your minSdkVersion, disable _FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64, or switch to Clang.

2c7a123ed8 Do not enable asm with clang 
clang pretends to be gcc 4.2.0 which means we will
use inline asm for no reason, instead of builtins
on clang when possible.

a57718e1ac ICV2017u3 package update; 
- Optimizations set change. Now IPP integrations will provide code for SSE42, AVX2 and AVX512 (SKX) CPUs only. For HW below SSE42 IPP code is disabled.
- Performance regressions fixes for IPP code paths;
- cv::boxFilter integration improvement;
- cv::filter2D integration improvement;

- more aggressive cache for files under CMAKE_BINARY_CACHE
  * don't re-read files MD5
  * don't repack archives

- non-flat .cache directory (based on ID)
- download message prefix based on ID
